Print the following Registration Form. Completely fill it out and send it with your payment, to our place of business, by mail or fax to "Reserve your place in the next available class of your choice."
If you do not know which class to enter your dog or if you have any questions filling out the form(s), please Contact Us. You can also call us by phone, during our normal scheduled training hours (weekday nights and Saturday days), for further information.
